Armed with a great day and teamed with family, we had our first harvest of the season. We had great conversation around Nebraska hops…where growing was to where it is now. It’s so exciting to think about where the Nebraska Hop industry will be in the next 10 years.

You also wind up with some great smelling hands. Plus, there is something to having a hands on approach. A sense of history and appreciation comes with it. I am sure some machinery will be in our future eventually.
We become more passionate about this plant every time we visit the yard and hope to provide a great product to Nebraska brewers and beyond. In fact, this batch of cascades will meet its first beer on labor day weekend…we are excited to try the finished product!
